Guimaras-PFEH Project Core Team Formed

The Foundation conducted an onboarding workshop with the Guimaras Project Core Team on October 1, 2024. The session focused on the province-wide Primary Care Facility Capacity Assessment, data-sharing commitments, and defining the Core Team's role in the project.
The Onboarding Workshop for the Guimaras Project Core Team (PCT) marked a significant step in fostering collaboration and co-ownership of the health initiative.
The workshop introduced the Primary Care Facility Capacity Assessment, aligning learning questions with project outcomes and confirming data-sharing agreements.
The PCT provided input on data collection schedules and approaches, ensuring the assessment aligns with ongoing health programs. Additionally, the team identified key areas for technical assistance, including refining the HCPN referral manual and collaborating on Local Health Accounts implementation.
PCT members expressed commitment, recognizing PFEH as a new development partner in strengthening Guimaras’ health systems.
