The Foundation conducted an onboarding workshop with the Guimaras Project Core Team on October 1, 2024. The session focused on the province-wide Primary Care Facility Capacity Assessment, data-sharing commitments, and defining the Core Team's role in the project.

The Foundation recently presented to the Provincial Health Board of Guimaras a plan to contribute to the strengthening of the Guimaras Unified Health Network (GUHN). This collaboration will focus on equitable healthcare access, starting with a province-wide assessment of primary care facilities.

Back at ASMPH, DaMDamin participants gathered for a final debriefing to reflect on their immersion, share insights, and translate experiences into action.

The final day of DaMDamin 2024 was a time for reflection, as students processed their experiences and deepened their commitment to health equity.

A three-day pre-deployment workshop aimed to equip the students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed for their field immersion in Northern Samar. Through interactive discussions, team-building activities, and direct community engagement, participants gained a deeper understanding of the Philippine health system and their role in addressing health inequities.
